HART Human Resource Consulting is now being part of Assessment Systems International - a regional HR & Management Consulting Group, specialized in leadership development, employee selection and HR consulting. The group was founded in 2001 and has regular offices in Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and local representatives in Bulgaria, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.

We provide a broad range of HR solutions for improving organizational efficiency, using state of the art assessment and development tools (personality and values diagnosis with HOGAN Assessments; special abilities and intelligence assessments with Schuhfried methodology; performance appraisal with 360 feedback, employees’ opinion surveys, and customer satisfaction surveys with CCI Surveys International tools; individual career counseling with MAPP; A&D centers).
