Civil Engineer (CE0210)

Responsibilities:

- to coordinate and manage the team of consultants in respect of obtaining approvals (PUZ, Building permit) including negotiation with the authorities
- to supervise external contractors during the period of construction (negotiation the contract, supervised the quality of the work)
- to be the management advisor for the technical issues (cost estimation, technical ad hock solution for existing buildings of the Company etc)


Requirements:

- Civil Engineer Degree
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience
- proficient in English
- Excellent negotiations and problem solving abilities
- Computer knowledge
