Commercial Director (CD0610)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes the sales strategy, coordinates the implementation at a national level, monitoring, analyzing and controlling results
  • Identifies new opportunities for developing the business and meeting the sales target
  • Coordinates and motivates the sales team
  • Prepares the marketing plan and monitors and coordinates the implementation of marketing activities
  • Prepares and manages the sales & marketing budget;
  • Efficiently collaborates with the production department (involvement in developing new products and related services)
  • Manages the reporting activities to the executive director with respect to sales and marketing

 

Key Requirements:

  •  University degree 
  • Minimum 5 years in sales (B2B services)
  • Proven experience in managing teams (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in working with an ERP is required
  • Fluency in English or French
  • Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
