Commercial Director (CD0610)
Responsibilities:
- Establishes the sales strategy, coordinates the implementation at a national level, monitoring, analyzing and controlling results
- Identifies new opportunities for developing the business and meeting the sales target
- Coordinates and motivates the sales team
- Prepares the marketing plan and monitors and coordinates the implementation of marketing activities
- Prepares and manages the sales & marketing budget;
- Efficiently collaborates with the production department (involvement in developing new products and related services)
- Manages the reporting activities to the executive director with respect to sales and marketing
Key Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years in sales (B2B services)
- Proven experience in managing teams (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in working with an ERP is required
- Fluency in English or French
- Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of French is a plus
