Deputy General Manager (DGM0110)

Our client in as important multinational company activating in services field.


Responsibilities:

- Coordinating, supervising and evaluating the employees' performance, in order to achieve targets and to improve results
- Participates at the designing of the annual business plan and budget
- Responsible for managing the Company's development projects and supervises the implementation process
- Creating, managing and improving the relationship with existing and potential clients, being directly responsible for business development performance


Requests:

- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a company with more than 500 employees
- Excellent English knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of PC (word, excel, power point, outlook, internet)
- Good knowledge of Romanian legislation
