Outplacement

Outplacement involves solutions for transitioning employees outside the organization. HART supports its partners within the career counselling process, downsizing and job access facilitation outside the company. We provide special attention to each project, constantly considering the objectives of the partner organization. We guarantee the good practice principles on which our activity is based and the quality of methods used.
