Jan Kwint studied Law and Occupational Psychology at the University of Leuven. He started his career at Procter & Gamble and then joined PA Consulting Group with a focus on Change Management and Assessment. As a Partner he has been responsible for global practices and global client projects. In 2000, Jan was one of the founders of Cubiks, based in London. Cubiks became a leading global provider of (online) assessment solutions with offices in 12 countries. After 12 years of growing Cubiks, Jan joined Dutch based LTP as an Executive Director.

Is specialized in organizational psychology, psychologist, senior consultant and managing partner at HART Human Resource Consulting. Madalina is certified in Hogan Assessment methodology, being the trainer for Romania and Moldova in this methodology. With over 10 years` experience as a trainer and consultant in human resources, Madalina has managed various projects on talent management, selection and development for manifold Romanian and multinational organizations.

With a BA in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a PGD in Personnel Management from the Middlesex University, UK, Mr. Bog has started his career in Human Resources in 1993 after a successful career in sales. Mr. Bog has contributed to the development of the Romanian businesses of significant multinational organizations such as R.J.Reynolds Tobacco (presently JTI), DHL International, The Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone and Microsoft. With Coca-Cola Eurasia Group between 1997-2009, Mr. Bog has enriched his career internationally as Director of Talent and Organizational Development and Director of the Coca-Cola University for 43 countries grouped in several geographies such as Balkans, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Eurasia and India Region. Amongst his professional achievements, worth mentioning would be the design and management of compensation and benefits strategies in a multitude of countries ranging from stable to hyperinflationary in diverse legal environments, design and implementation of a Total Compensation Policy Frame for 21 countries, handling complex top management recruitment and selection projects covering 4 continents, and building the Organizational Capability Development function for a group of 37 countries and the design and implementation of The Coca-Cola University for Eurasia Group, consisting of 43 countries, in The Coca-Cola Company.Mr. Bog is currently the HR Director of Microsoft Romania since July of this year.

Sergiu Negut

Sergiu Negut

Sergiu Negut graduated both from the Polytechnics University in Bucharest and ASE and finalized the INSEAD (France) MBA program. Starting with 1994 he worked in steel trading industry, optimizing purchasing costs for large steel users in the region. After the INSEAD experience, he entered the Pharma / biotech industry, coordinating from Austria and Switzerland the expansion project in CEE for the Amgen Inc giant.  In 2006 he returned in Romania and till recently occupied the chair of Executive Director of Regina Maria/CMU, coordinating a constantly growing team and a medical business which developed into the largest private medical services network. Currently he is consultant and entrepreneur, owning a series of business investments at the beginning of the road.

After working for 5 years within Enel Romania, Mihai took the CFO position for Mega Image, a company in a different industry and with a different dynamic.  Very charismatic leader, Mihai has a strong financial experience and achievements: Obtaining the 1st clean audit opinion from the auditors for the financial statements as of 31/12/2005 (the Co’s have been audited since 2002) followed by 4 consecutive years with unqualified audit opinions for all the Co’s in the Group; Obtaining third party certifications for the spin-off process done in-house (separation of the electricity sale and distribution activity done in 2007).

Alina is part of Mega Image financial team since 2006, starting as Financial Analyst, followed by Business Controller, Performance Manager. As of April 2012, Alina accepted the challenge of managing the Accounting Department. As a manager she is ambitious, open to new challenges and in the same time focused on people’s need. She has a warm and empathetic presence among the team.

Simona Podgoreanu

Followed HR and general management programs in Canada, Montreal - Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, in France, Toulouse - at Institute d’Administration des Entreprises, in Slovenia at IEDC Bled School of Management and in Barcelona, at IESE Barcelona - The International Faculty Development Program ( train the trainers program). She owns a HR company, developing HR business strategy starting from selection, recruitment and performance appraisal processes, including  benefits and compensation system and internal communication politics. She teaches in ASEBUSS (post-universitary courses institute - Executive MBA and intensive courses for managerial teams) HR management, General Management, Negotiation, Communication. She conducted individual coaching and personal developing sessions. Since 2006, Simona is the HR Director of an important group from agribusiness sector.

Graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies from Bucharest and of HR &MA master program organized by EuropaCollege, Iulia Dobritoiu is now HR&Commercial Excellence Director GlaxoSmithKline(GSK) Romania. She is a part from GSK Romania’s team since 2002, when she entered in company as GSK Brasov factory’s HR Manager. Between 2005 and 2009 she worked as Procurement Manager, in the same time being also Operational Excellence Champion, responsible for continuous activity improvement using Lean and Six Sigma Methodology.  Next, Iulia Dobritoiu offered her expertise for GSK Egypt activity development as Procurement Manager and in Germany, where she was part of a special factory project. Under her coordination, HR Romanian Team was recognized as the best in GSK global group, twice in 2011, for internal client satisfaction. Also, at the end of 2010, in Hewitt Associates‘ research, GSK Romania has receives the „Romanian Best Employer” distinction.

Being actively involved in increasing the visibility of business school ASEBUSS. Bianca graduated the Academy of Economic Studies and obtained MBA degree in 2001 from ASEBUSS and University of Washington, Seattle, USA. Bianca is Member of the Advisory Board of ASEBUSS. From September 2011, Bianca is founding member of the European Professional Women Network Romania with the role of Vice President PR & Network Development. Bianca attended training programs in PR for managers, Leadership and Management Development, Team-Building and Online Marketing and has recently obtained the certification in Hogan methodology. Bianca Ion coordinates the international projects of ASEBUSS & Kennesaw State University, "Residential Weeks" involving Americans teachers and is the liaison person for the partnership between the two schools. Bianca takes care of planning and organizing events for Executive MBA alumni, where the invited speakers are recognized leaders of Romanian and international business field.

She attended managerial specialization programs, entrepreneurial and consulting programs at Harvard Business School, University of Washington and Washington State University in the U.S., IESE Barcelona, Cambridge England and Osaka Japan. Lavinia is General Manager at EXEC-EDU, and since 1998 she leads business training content created by ASEBUSS, which she developed continuously up to 40 management development programs currently supported by 30 teachers and experts for client portfolio of over 3000 companies. She is the author or co-author of 12 books and over 40 articles business. She was included in the experts` catalog published by the Romanian Academic Society, in the “Who is Who” encyclopedia, in the CD Top Career 100 Women, published by USAID and Top 100 Successful Women published by Capital Magazine. Recently, Lavinia obtained certification in Hogan Assessment methodology.
