Jarrett Shalhoop

Jarrett Shalhoop, Ph.D. is a senior consultant in the International Consulting Practice of Hogan Assessment Systems, a worldwide leader in personality assessment for employee selection, career development, and talent management. While working with many Fortune Global 500 companies, Jarrett has designed and implemented numerous large-scale employee selection and leadership development programs across a wide range of organizational applications. As part of his specialized expertise, he has developed, validated, and evaluated multiple assessment-based solutions using validity generalization and criterion-related validation. His extensive experience also includes the creation and delivery of training programs across the globe for assessment tools, structured interviews, and assessment centers. Prior to joining Hogan Assessment Systems, Jarrett was a consultant for Jeanneret and Associates and Valtera Corporation, supporting Fortune 500 clients primarily in the United States. He is a regular contributor to multiple scientific conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology and the Association of Test Publishers, and has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. He received his B.A. in psychology from Auburn University, and was awarded his M.A and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, where his dissertation focused on the role of organizational justice in leader-member relationships.

Rostislav Benak has vast international experience in developing leadership skills on top management team level, as well as in executive coaching. Since the incorporation of Assessment Systems in 2001, he has coordinated several management development projects for multinational companies in Europe and Asia (Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Great Britain, China, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, etc). He graduated from the Faculty Psychology of Charles University of Prague, the Faculty of Economics and Management,   the Faculty of Finances of the Economics University of Prague and Facultad de psychologia de gestion a Universidad de Santiagio de Compostela. He is an ICF member and board member of the Czech Association of Coaches. His top management references include, among others, companies such as PPF, Home Credit, CEZ, T-Mobile, Sanofi-Aventis, Unipetrol/ PKN Orlen Group, Penta Investments, RWE, GE, Czech Telecom, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Grafton Recruitment, ING Bank, Microsoft, Raiffessien Bank, Unicredit Bank, Rexam/Petainer, etc. He taught at Masaryk Institute of Prague within MBA programs and at the Technical University of Prague, as Associated Professor in Economics, Management and HR departments. Rostislav is the President of Assessment Systems International, partner of HOGAN Assessment Systems.

Zsolt Feher

Zsolt Feher graduated form the Faculty of Economics of Szechenyi Istvan University of Hungary in 1998. Working for Kraft Foods International in New York, Ernst & Young in Budapest and JCI in St. Louis, USA, Zsolt counseled many customers from various regions of the world (Asia, Europe and North America) in various business programs.  He also created and sustained training programs on various themes such as Objective Setting, Leadership Skills, Presentation Skills, Project Management and Entrepreneurial Skills all over the world, from Brunei to Guatemala. He was a Senior Director at Junior Chamber International, Hungary, and currently a member of the same organization. He is a Director for International Affairs of Assessment Systems Hungary, authorized distributor of HOGAN Assessment.

Vlad Bog

Vlad Bog

With a BA in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a PGD in Personnel Management from the Middlesex University, UK, Vlad Bog has started his career in Human Resources in 1993 after a succesful career in sales. Vlad has contributed to the development of the Romanian businesses of significant multinational organizations such as R.J.Reynolds Tobacco (presently JTI), DHL International, The Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone and Microsoft. With Coca-Cola Eurasia Group between 1997-2009, Vlad Bog has enriched his career internationally as Director of Talent and Organizational Development and Director of the Coca-Cola University for 43 countries grouped in several geographies such as Balkans, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Eurasia and India Region. Amongst his professional achievements, worth mentioning would be the design and management of compensation and benefits strategies in a multitude of countries ranging from stable to hyperinflationary in diverse legal environments, design and implementation of a Total Compensation Policy Frame for 21 countries, handling complex top management recruitment and selection projects covering 4 continents, and building the Organizational Capability Development function for a group of 37 countries and the design and implementation of The Coca-Cola University for Eurasia Group, consisting of 43 countries, in The Coca-Cola Company. Vlad Bog is currently the HR Director of Microsoft Romania since July of this year.

Sergiu Negut

Sergiu Negut graduated both from the Polytechnics University in Bucharest and ASE and finalized the INSEAD (France) MBA program. Starting with 1994 he worked in steel trading industry, optimizing purchasing costs for large steel users in the region. After the INSEAD experience, he entered the pharma/biotech industry, coordinating from Austria and Switzerland the expansion project in CEE for the Amgen Inc giant. In 2006 he returned in Romania and till recently occupied the chair of Executive Director of Regina Maria/CMU coordinating a constantly growing team and a medical business which developed into the largest private medical services network. Currently he is consultant and entrepreneur, owning a series of business investments at the beginning of the road.
