Hogan EQ Report

With over 30 years of experience in the assessment field, Hogan Assessments released a new report, specially designed to have an impact on business. Based on the Hogan Personality Inventory Profile (HPI) and the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) (personality in normal conditions and personality in stress, pressure and tiredness conditions), Hogan EQ report measures the ability of identifying, understanding and efficiently using the person’s emotions and of those surrounding him. The report provides an overall score of emotional intelligence and relevant sub-dimensions for a person, which is relevant for working efficiently.
