The Romanian European Professional Women Network Association will organize on December 13, an important event entitled: Building Alliances - Engaging Wo/MEN in Diversity Programs.

The theme covers important subjects for small and middle companies interested in identifying strategic and useful partnerships and alliances for business development, as well as examples for structuring variety programs in the reorganization of multinational companies.

Among the speakers, there will be: Wargha Enayati, Founder Regina Maria; Gabriel Pantelimon, CEO Xerox; Madalina Balan, Managing Partner, HART Consulting; as well as Sotiris Chatzidakis, Executive Vicepresident CEO Clubs International Romania.

Building Alliances - Engaging Wo/MEN in Diversity Programs addresses not only the members of the association, but also all professionals interested to join in an active community and discover a series of successful initiatives developed within companies from different industries.

HART Consulting is a partner of the event, supporting the initiative of the European Association of Professional Women Network Romania by sharing experience and good practices that it has in the area of diversity and talent management programs, applied in organizations.

The event will be held in a refined location such as Cismigiu Hotel, between 16:00 – 18:30. At the end of the interactive sessions, all guests will participate at a cocktail, starting with 18:30.
