Gen Y - The new leadership generation - Vlad Bog

Many of us talk about what are the best ways to absorb Generation Y. But some representatives of this generation already passed the age of 30 years. Generation Y grows bigger in the total number of our clients and already represents the majority of early adopters of new trends and technologies. Our companies must encompass them to understand the market and to keep up with it, but not only. It's a generation that can make an enormous contribution in the right context.
