Ryan Ross, Vice President Hogan Assessment U.S., comes to Romania

HART Consulting is delighted to welcome Ryan Ross, Vice President Hogan Assessment U.S., as a special guest for the 6th edition of HART HR Strategic Conference held on the 22nd of May.

Ryan Ross is an internationally recognized authority in the area of evaluating talent for selecting employees and leadership development. With an experience of over 18 years, Ryan has worked in many fields, dealing with Hogan’s strategic alliances and partners around the world. He developed and implemented large-scale multi-level selection programs domestically and internationally and has advised organizations in this direction. He has also extensive experience in validation and use of personality assessments in the context of pre-employment. Ryan's experience includes areas such as: developing leaders, talent management and succession planning projects. He is considered an expert on leadership derailment and the use of assessments to help identify potential points of failure in current and future leaders.  

The theme of the event is "CEOs and organizational culture: What Makes it or breaks it?".

We start from the premise that leaders are the main architects of culture. The culture of an organization starts and develops from the leader on top of it.
