How to use 360 feedback and coach around its results

The one and a half day 360 feedback workshop provides a deep understanding of the 360 assessment and its role in individual and group development programs.

It qualifies attendees to use the 360 feedback in assessments and development programs, coaching and feedback in order to boost individual and team performance. In addition to this, they will understand how to integrate the results of 360 feedback in other talent management processes (performance management, training & development, career development).

Trainer:

Cosmina Noaghea - is specialized in organizational psychology and is a senior consultant and trainer at Hart Consulting. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and is certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by Human Resources Certification Institute. She has also been successfully participating in certification programs on different topics: coaching skills for managers, Hogan Assessments, Leadership Versatility Index, CCI 360 feedback.
With over 15 years of experience in HR and General Management, in both entrepreneurial and multinational environments, Cosmina carried out various projects such as: talent management (selection, development, and retention), psychometric assessments, performance management, succession planning, training, organizational development, organizational change & restructuring.
