How to use 360 feedback and coach around its results

The one and a half day 360 feedback workshop provides a deep understanding of the 360 assessment and its role in individual and group development programs.

It qualifies attendees to use the 360 feedback in assessments and development programs, coaching and feedback in order to boost individual and team performance. In addition to this, they will understand how to integrate the results of 360 feedback in other talent management processes (performance management, training & development, career development).
