Cosmina Noaghea is specialized in organizational psychology, psychologist, senior consultant / business psychologist at HART Consulting with over 15 year HR and General Management experience in leading Media firms, in both entrepreneurial and multinational environments. Areas of expertize: talent management (selection, development, retention), psychological testing, performance management, succession planning, training, organizational development, organizational change, restructuring. She has a Ph.D. in organizational psychology – „Leadership and organizational commitment under crisis” and is certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by Human Resources Certification Institute, Hogan Assessment and Leadership Versatility Index methodologies.
