I am an organizational psychologist, employed as Recruitment & Development Manager in CP Department in SIEMENS Romania and regarding the use of Hogan systems in SIEMENS Regional Company in Romania, I can say that we have used Hogan Assessment Systems since 2008, namely HPI, HDS, MVPI and integrated the systems as part of our standard assessment before promotion for Top Management Positions and Senior Specialists. The most used was the HPI, and we have used the Data Report, as we have benefit of certification and continuous coaching and periodical refresher and check-ups from Hart Romania. The results in efficiency and feed back from clients was above average, and in general they consider Hogan tools as non intrusive, complex and they benefit as they have extracted action plans and improved their knowledge about their reputation.

I personally am very pleased and will continue to use any time it will be required in our organization all Hogan Assessment Instruments.
