Since 2007, HART Human Resource Consulting has been the authorized distributor of Hogan Assessment Systems for Romania and Republic of Moldova.

The two-day Hogan Assessment Certification Seminar provides an in-depth understanding of how to use and interpret the Hogan assessment suite. The seminar provides a comprehensive view on 3 Hogan inventories:

The Hogan Personality Inventory  (HPI)

The HPI assessment is a measure of personality designed for use in selection, career management and development planning. The focus of the HPI is to provide detailed information regarding the “bright side” of personality, characteristics that appear in social interaction and that facilitates or inhibits a person’s ability to get along with others and to achieve their personal and occupational goals. The HPI is often regarded as the industry standard because of its success in predicting employee performance and development needs.

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS)

The HDS assessment evaluates 11 pervasive behavioral tendencies that can impede work relationships, hinder productivity and limit overall career potential. All leaders are vulnerable to these derailers - deeply ingrained personality traits that affect their leadership style and actions. The HDS is critical for development because awareness of these tendencies can be the first step in controlling their negative consequences. The HDS is the only business-related inventory that measures these dysfunctional tendencies.

The Motives Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

The MVPI assessment explores core values of individuals and provides a comprehensive, business-based taxonomy of values which can then be compared to the organization’s culture. The MVPI can help diagnose areas of compatibility and conflict among team members and act as a foundation for a team creation process. The MVPI provides insights for occupational success, job satisfaction and engagement.
