The Hogan Advanced Workshop: How to manage a team efficiently enhances each participant’s ability to use Hogan inventories for evaluating team performance and utilizing team building techniques as part of a broader strategy to reach team development goals. Join us for this unique workshop where the participants and facilitators will be experienced users of Hogan inventories and will bring knowledge to bear on the issues associated with team building.
As a prerequisite for the Hogan Advanced Workshops, participants must have successfully completed the Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop.
Workshop objectives
- Identify dysfunctions that affect effective team function.
- Differentiate work groups versus teams along seven dimensions of team performance.
- Identify Hogan personality data that can impede or facilitate team performance.
- Understand and apply a Hogan team building workshop based upon Hogan assessment data.
- Describe five components of the Hogan Alignment Model.
- Analyze team profiles using both configural interpretation and aggregate data interpretation.
- Identify team development strategies to effect positive change.
Trainer
Madalina Balan – Specialized in organizational psychology, managing partner at HART Human Resource Consulting, partner of Hogan Assessment Systems for Romania. Madalina is certified for Hogan methodology and has 10 years experience as HR consultant. She has managed various HR projects such as: assessment & development centers, executive search, training and counseling for various Romanian and multinational companies.
