HR Development & Process Optimization Manager (HRDPM0310)
Responsibilities:
- Support work process change and structural redesign projects
- Leads and drives employee engagement initiatives
- Drive internal climate surveys and plans to address identified issues
- Drive HR processes improvement and organization effectiveness enhancement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR managerial roles
- Project management and project integration skills
- Legal knowledge (Employment and Labour Law)
- Change Management
- University Degree preferable in Social Sciences or/and Economics
- English proficient
- Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
