TECHNICAL ELEMENTS MANAGEMENT

• Structuring the presentation content in order to have an impact
• The use of technical and visual supports during presentations (Power Point, flipchart, hand-outs)
• Communication during presentation (verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal communication)

AUDIENCE MANAGEMENT

• Adapting to the audience
• Good public speaking skills
• Active listening and overcoming communication barriers
• Dealing with difficult audience members

EMOTIONS MANAGEMENT

• Managing negative emotions during a presentation
• Stress reduction techniques
