Marketing Director (MD0110)
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plan (product / market objectives, action plan, milestones, etc.
- Contribute to the target setting plan, as a member of the Leadership Team
- Coordinate the activities regarding the design of marketing strategy and policies
- Monitor activities of all major competitors
- Research & identify new trends and unfilled needs which translate into business development opportunities
- Prepare proposals for existing/new product concepts, to improve
competitive positioning in the marketplace which are aligned with the
Company directions
- Develop competitive pricing policy schemes which recognize market pricing trends and maximize profit
- Monitor products performance (e.g. profitability) and life cycle vs
planned market presence and sales objectives identified in the
marketing plan
- Develop effective messages to reach current and prospective customers
- Manage relationship with agency and other appropriate business partners
- Ensure that Marketing department is staffed adequately, trained and motivated to achieve high performance
Requirements:
- University Degree. Marketing specialization would be ideal. MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English
- At least 5 years FMCG business management experience
- Solid knowledge in elaborating Marketing Strategies
- High-level management competencies
- High integrity in aligning to values and strong ability to role-model
- Strong people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
