Hogan Assessment changed my perspective on the people I work with, on the directors or colleagues I was cooperating in mentoring or career development programs. It is a tool that can be easily used, logical and friendly with the subjects. It allows you to correlate the feedback both to the individual performance and group performance.

By the multitude of scales of the investigated personality and trough the variety of reports provided, I think Hogan is a really useful tool in identifying the suitable candidate with the job requirements, organizational values, for managers interested in developing and improving the communication with the subordinates or other colleagues and identifying the employees need of motivation. I recommend Hogan Assessment with the certification course in developing a coherent program, followed by visible results.
