We have used the Hogan assessment instruments within our company for almost a year, both for our colleagues proposed for promotion and for external candidates for managerial positions. A correlation was established between banking skills and the scales of the HPI and HDS assessment instruments, the profile for the person evaluated was in focus and therefore we identified the areas for development. In many situations we have successfully used Hogan instruments in order to complete the information resulted after the assessment center, thus obtaining the milestones for a more detailed development plan.
