Our client is an important company in the Real Estate field.


Responsibilities:

• Strategy & rainmaking
• Dealing w/ day to day issues in trying real estate market
• Fielding complaint calls
• Comfortable & eager to take on Projects outside of Job Description
• Comfortable taking on New & Varied Tasks
• Research, Present & Implement new marketing ideas
• Research, Present & Implement improved Office Systems
• Research, Present & Implement new industry technologies
• Quote Law, Provide Guidance, Offer Advice on transaction-related issues





Requirements:

• At least 5+ Years in real estate personnel management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point, MLS and can easily learn other real estate related programs
• Very good delegation skills
