Personal Assistant to General Manager (PA0710)
Responsibilities:
- Manages the GM’s agenda
- Sorts the correspondence and daily mails
- All sorts of administrative tasks such as: trip booking (hotels and planes), receives the GM’s guests
- Acts as a liaison between group and GM
Requirements:
- University graduated
- Min 4 years expertise in Assistant to General Manager position
- Very good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power-point,
- Fluent (speaking & writing) in English Language
- Excellent business communication skills (writing and speaking)
