Personal Assistant to General Manager (PA0710)

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages the GM’s agenda
  • Sorts the correspondence and daily mails
  • All sorts of administrative tasks such as: trip booking (hotels and planes), receives the GM’s guests
  • Acts as a liaison between group and GM

 

Requirements: 

  • University graduated
  • Min 4 years expertise in Assistant to General Manager position
  • Very good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power-point,
  • Fluent (speaking & writing) in English Language
  • Excellent business communication skills (writing and speaking)
