Assessment Center Design & Implementation

De ce au devenit centrele de evaluare o industrie in ultimii 40 de ani? Raspunsul la aceasta intrebare se regaseste chiar in constructia acestora.

Am prezentat:

  • care sunt avantajele centrelor de evaluare in fata altor metode, 
  • cum scopul pentru care sunt concepute impacteaza modul de construire, 
  • si am stabilit clar care este diferenta intre un centru de evaluare cu scop de selectie si un centru de evaluare cu scop de dezvoltare.  

In final am prezentat pasii esentiali pentru construirea unui centru de evaluare de succes.

Prezentare sustinuta de Madalina Balan. Madalina este specializata in psihologie organizationala, psiholog, consultant senior si managing partner la HART Consulting. Madalina este certificata in metodologia Hogan Assessment, fiind trainer pe Romania si Republica Moldova in aceasta metodologie. Cu o experienta de peste 10 ani ca trainer si consultant in resurse umane, Madalina a gestionat variate proiecte de talent management, selectie si dezvoltare pentru numeroase organizatii romanesti si multinationale.
