HART HR Consulting is looking for a Security Manager position for one of its clients, an important company from fashion industry.
Security Manager (Code SyM0810)
Responsibilities:
- To lead the security work according to the security plan.
- Right to audit all business within the area of responsibility.
- Secure by order that measures are taken when acute or unacceptable potential security risks arise
- Analyze detected deficiencies and implement measures if needed. Follow up the implementation.
- Co-ordinate information flow of security messages.
- Develop, run and co-operate security education within the country. e.g. Crisis training, Information security training, external/internal crime training and fire training.
- Implement and follow up methods for reduce the shrinkage
- Build up, co-ordinate and analyze the result of the incident reporting system.
- Implement and follow up crisis -, contingency planning and crisis groups within the country.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the retail business
- Excellent management skills
- Good knowledge about burglar-, fire protection-, fire detection - Access control systems, CCTV, EAS and alarm central.
- Good knowledge regarding local criminal law, information security laws and local safety laws
- Good knowledge about the market situation regarding guard companies and money transport.
- Experience in audits systems
- Power of initiative, organizing ability and result-oriented.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Understand and talk English
- Ability to travel
- High ethic standards
