Store Manager (SM0810)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the store's activity in terms of personnel and financial efficiency
- Supervise, motivates and evaluates the team
- Directly responsible for recruiting, induction and career planning for the new employees
- Budget planning and follow up
- Meets the sales target, together with the team
- Collaborates in an effective manner with personnel, at all level, especially with the Department Managers
- Daily checks the sales, stock and budget reports
Key Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent leadership abilities and personal drive
- Very good planner and organizer of people and resources
- Proactive and problem solving approach
- Customer service focus
- Good English knowledge
