Store Manager (SM0810)

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates the store's activity in terms of personnel and financial efficiency
  • Supervise, motivates and evaluates the team
  • Directly responsible for recruiting, induction and career planning for the new employees
  • Budget planning and follow up
  • Meets the sales target, together with the team
  • Collaborates in an effective manner with personnel, at all level, especially with the Department Managers
  • Daily checks the sales, stock and budget reports

 

Key Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent leadership abilities and personal drive
  • Very good planner and organizer of people and resources
  • Proactive and problem solving approach
  • Customer service focus
  • Good English knowledge
