Madalina is certified in Hogan Assessment methodology, being the trainer for Romania and Moldova in this methodology. With over 10 years` experience as a trainer and consultant in human resources, Madalina has managed various projects on talent management, selection and development for manifold Romanian and multinational organizations.

Dan Adrian Berinde

Dan Adrian Berinde

Dan has an engineering degree and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Washington, delivered in Romania. In addition to his academic credentials, he has attended numerous training programs in throughout Europe and the US on the topics of finance, organization development, restructuring, and coaching. Dan has been teaching Management at the Technical University of Iasi, 1990-2000, and has worked directly on restructuring and managing Romanian companies in the finance, food products, textile, and construction industries since 1997. In the process he has become expert in managing large change processes, using ARL principles as a powerful tool. As a big-picture thinker, Dan’s expertise and experience includes the sensitivity and ability to develop and motivate high performing teams, and to coach executives in transition. His passions include designing and implementing complex change programs, coaching individuals and teams, travel, and knowing people from different cultures. 

Vlad Gliga

Vlad Gliga

Vlad has graduated economic studies, followed by a master in human resources management. His work experience includes 2 years in USA, in HR, where he had the oportunity to broaden the knowledge in human resources field. His educational and practical experience, together with a consultative approach, gives him the ability to identify staffing solutions and design systems, processes that benefit both companies and their employees alike to ensure an efficient, well balanced and secure work environment. 

Marco Vetter

Marco Vetter

Marco has studied psychology at the University of Vienna. After graduation he worked for over 10 years as a management and human resources consultant in various sectors and projects. Since 2010 he is the head of the research & consulting psychology department at Schuhfried. Besides that he works as a lecturer for psychological assessment at the university of Vienna and Graz. Marco is also deputy head in the committee “Requirements for processes and methods for the selection and development of human resources” at the Austrian Standards Institute.

Monica Tudor has graduated from the University of Bucharest - Faculty of Chemistry. Immediately after graduation, for 10 years, Monica worked in an import and distribution company of high performance laboratory and industrial equipment with applications in various fields. Since 2010, Monica joined Lafarge Ciment (Romania) in the position of Industrial Ecology Division Director. Here Monica formed and developed a strong team, with values, having a significant contribution in the implementation of health and safety standards of the people.
