Testimonials
Mihaela Feodorof, Executive Coach and Business Consultant, www.performanceway.ro
I have used Hogan Assessments in organizational development or individual development projects for the past 10 years. The profiles help me identify opportunities and propose the right solutions, but what’s most important is that they are embraced by the client. Hogan Assessments is an X-Ray of the way in which behaviour is corelated with the person’s objectives. The Hogan Certification

The certification experience was very interesting and practical. I have already used Hogan Assessment in large projects in the company, and the profiling and feedback received profiles are well appreciated by colleagues, managers or non-managers. I await the meetings within the alumni club with great pleasure!
Mihaela Sincu, Organizational Development Manager, GoodStory
Since my certification in 2008, I have mainly used the methodology provided by Hogan Assessments, because of its versatility and because of the generosity of information provided by it. The instruments proved to be useful both in career counselling interventions, in personal and professional development, in talent management programmes, and also in processes of building homogenous teams.
