HART Consulting extends its business in Chisinau

HART Consulting decided to explore new markets and to extend its business in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) through its partners – IDS Consulting. Thus, HART Consulting (ww.hart.ro) together with IDS Consulting organized the first HR Cafe meeting in Chisinau on November 7, 2012.

Madalina Balan, Managing Partner, HART Consulting, Romania, presented within this first event the Hogan Assessments tools, leaders in psychometric assessments with applications in business area, and the benefits of using these tools in the selection, organizational culture diagnostic, development and talent management and succession planning.
